From 8-15th October I am riding around England to raise money to support ParkPlay and shine a light on the brilliant people and communities where ParkPlay has launched since we started ParkPlay last year.

I will be riding approximately 900 miles and climbing 20,000 ft as I cycle from a ParkPlay in West London on Saturday 8th October to a ParkPlay in Essex on Saturday 15th October. In that time I'll also visit ParkPlays in Cumbria, Co Durham and Yorkshire. Please support me and more importantly donate to ParkPlay to help build happier, healthier, connected communities across the country.

ParkPlay launched in Spring 2021 to encourage everyone to be a little more active and to bring communities together. Since then, with the support of partners like Sport England we have successfully launched 41 ParkPlays across the country and regularly welcome over 1,000 ParkPlayers every Saturday morning.

ParkPlay is tackling some of the most pressing social issues of our time – lack of exercise, isolation and mental health. As we recover from Covid and now face the cost of living crisis it’s never been more important to give communities free ways to connect and boost their wellbeing.
