LGBT Foundation is a national charity delivering advice, support and information services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) communities.We believe in a fair and equal society where all lesbian, gay bisexual and trans people can achieve their full potential. Through our services we reduce isolation amongst our communities, help people feel more confident and in control of their lives, and enable people to flourish.

Volunteering with the LGBT foundation in Manchester with their voice and communication change workshops have really demonstrated to me how much of a change the organisation makes to people who need help in our community, especially the people who face the most discrimination and prejudice. Donations are really appreciated to motivate me not to fall on my face during the run!
