Right ok, so I have been here before, begging for money, for me being a knob and running 26.2 miles. Not gonna pretend - it hurt last time and my knee can't cope - and yes I promised it will never happen again, especially to Rachel and my mum and dad - BUT this is 100% the last one. 

So donate one last time if you can - so you can laugh at me crying around New York and begging people to help me and take away the pain.

In all seriousness though, I don't think anyone hasn't been touched some way or another by 'the big C' and I don't think there is a more worthwhile cause to run for than ACTION CANCER, a local charity and seeing the work they do on the ground for people is incredible. 

I've seen it first hand with Rachel's mum passing away 12 years ago -  anything we can do to try and prevent, cure and help people with it, is worth me moaning like a 4 year old about my blisters.
