For anyone that knows me well, I am probably the most unlikely person to be taking part in a marathon, but its happening. Some crazy idea of being able to achieve something that seems impossible and raise some money for a good cause.

I am going to be doing my best for Make A Wish, who do some awesome work with very ill children. I have been fortunate to witness the work they do on many occasions and they really do make a huge difference in peoples lives.
I know these things can be annoying but anything anyone can donate would be appreciated and aside from knowing how good a cause it is for, its even better to think of me wobbling around and suffering for over 26 miles!

Make-A-Wish UK grant magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. Granting their wish provides seriously ill children with hope for the future, strength to cope and resilience to fight their condition. They’re given quality time away from the daily realities of living with their condition and given the chance to make magical memories they can treasure forever – whatever their future may hold. We want to transform the lives of 1,000 children this year by granting their One True Wish!
