Ricky and Dans 300 Rounds before Christmas 

After a gruelling 2020 so far, myself and Dan Wells have decided to challenge each until the end of the year. We have committed to completing 300 rounds of sparring before 24th December 20.

It averages a need of 42 rounds a week in order for us to complete this challenge so will prove very challenging for us both. 

We have decided to set up a just giving and raise money and awareness for Wheatfields Hospice based in headingley, Leeds. And if people want to donate then do so via the link. Every donation little or large helps greatly. As most of my friends know my dad spent his last few days in the care of Wheatfields and the support that place gave my family was next level.
