Hope2Sleep raise awareness of Sleep Apnoea, UARS and all Sleep Disordered Breathing. We offer support to existing sufferers on CPAP and Ventilation, along with parents/carers. Sleep Apnoea is one of the most common yet vastly underdiagnosed conditions - and lives + health improve when treated!

Story

On the 2nd September we will be running 10k at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. We have been training for this event since early 2017 and have definitely pushed ourselves out of our comfort zone. Our training regime consists of long distance running at least 5 times a week and we have both seen huge progress from when we first embarked on this running adventure.

We are going to be  raising money for the Hope2Sleep Charity. This amazing charity raises awareness and supports patients with all kinds of sleep disordered breathing, such as Sleep Apnoea, Snoring, UARS (Upper Airways Resistance Syndrome), Hypoventilation Syndrome and other conditions requiring CPAP or Non-Invasive Ventilation.

We have chosen this charity as back in 2014 Ricky was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnoea, so please help us raise awareness and help everyone suffering "get the safe restorative sleep they deserve."
