We’re the UK’s leading bowel cancer charity. We’re determined to save lives and improve the quality of life of everyone affected by bowel cancer. Our vision is a future where nobody dies of the disease.

Story

My dad is currently fighting bowel cancer. It's a horrible disease that has caused him so much pain and suffering, which I (along with the rest of our family) have had to watch.

It's very tough watching someone you love and admire experience the pain I know he feels all day, everyday.

So I decided to do something about it...

My friend Jack and I are jumping from a plane at a minimum of 10,000ft! We've never done it before, and may never do it again, but we wanted to challenge ourselves and raise money for our respective charities (Jack is juming for Down's Syndrome Association and he can be sponsored at http://www.justgiving.com/Jack-Parsons1).

I only hope that by highlighting this disease and promoting the good work of Bowel Cancer UK, together we improve the quality of life for all those affected by it.
