Story

Ride 4 Ryan 2019 - C2C in 24hrs

On 5th July 2019 Martin, Myself and 8 of our awesome friends (Plus Back up Dad of course) will set off from St Bees in Cumbria and ride across the country to Sunderland on bridleways and lanes and off road.

Its about 130 miles! We aim to complete this epic challenge in 24 hrs!!

We are doing this to raise money for "Our Fight for Ryan" a fund set up by our friends Claire and Ceiran Chidzey to help raise money to find a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy after their little boy Ryan received the diagnosis back in January 2017.

Ryan has now started steroids which has made a big improvement to his energy levels. He uses his wheelchair as he cant walk very far  but he believes he is spider man and loves all things superhero and Marvel. He is an amazing little boy and although this challenge will be tough it will be not even a tiny fraction of what Ryan and his family deal with on a daily basis.
