On Thursday 12th May I'll get out of my comfort zone and onto a bike to ride 208 miles in 4 days climbing 18,000ft (that's two thirds the height of Everest) as I visit every town, village and hamlet in the Borough of Scarborough! With a team of nearly 40 others, all of whom have more experience than me on a bike (I only rode for the first time this year) it's going to be a huge physical and mental challenge but one I hope to thoroughly enjoy! 

Please donate anything at all for a cause very close to my heart. St Catherine's Hospice gave my Dad wonderful care in his last few months. They need a huge amount of money to do what they do each year.
