On 5 October 2018 Annabelle Neilson, Melloney Harbutt, Laura Magson, Martin Anderson, Claire Roantree, Kim Smerdon and Deidre Smith will be walking the Ridgeway for Mesothelioma UK to raise much needed funds for this wonderful charity. 

Mesothelioma is a cancer, the only known cause of which is exposure to asbestos dust. It is therefore a preventable disease and sadly one for which there is no cure. Those who are unfortunate enough to be diagnosed with mesothelioma often have a very short life expectancy of between 6-18 months. 

Mesothelioma UK is doing all that it can be help raise awareness of this terrible disease and the dangers of asbestos and work with some amazing clinicians who are running groundbreaking trials to try and find a cure and improve quality of life. The UK is at the forefront of mesothelioma trials, treatment and investigations. Please help to support those who are battling mesothelioma and those who have already been lost by donating to this incredible charity.
