Each year, 13 Madison-area swim & dive teams compete with each other to raise the most meals per swimmer to benefit Second Harvest. This year, they'll be working together as a league to support the community together.

Story

Each year, all 13 pools that makeup the the All-City Swim and Dive League come together to make a substantial contribution to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Southern Wisconsin. In fact, since 2008, the All-City League has contributed more than 1.95 million meals for our community!

Now, more than ever during the COVID-19 pandemic, local families rely on the support of Second Harvest. Which means that now, more than ever, Second Harvest needs the support of our swim community!

This summer, things are drastically different for our All-City League. In addition to not competing in the water, teams won’t be competing against each other to raise fund and food donations. Instead, this year all teams are working together to help Second Harvest, so we all win!

About the charity

For about 1 in 8 of us in southwestern Wisconsin that next meal isn’t always there. That means 7 in 8 of us probably don’t know what it’s like to have to water down our food just to make it stretch another day. Or to skip eating dinner so your kids can have enough to eat. That’s real hunger!
