We will be cycling 443 miles over 6 days in August in memory of James Ewens, who lost his battle to mental health in 2009.

We set off on Tuesday 20th August from Waltham Abbey and will (hopefully) arrive in at Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh on Sunday 25th August.

We're aiming to raise £5,000 for a charity called Young Minds which is the UK's leading charity fighting for children and young people's mental health. 

Any donations would be highly appreciated :)
