About a year ago I saw fit to throw myself out of a plane to raise money for the Medical Foundation for Victims of Torture  (now known as Freedom from Torture), but this year I thought I would stick to a land based-activity!

 

As you may know, I'm passionate about the two-wheeled love of my life, Rudy, with whom I enjoy many adventures. I'm also passionate about the incredible work that this charity does in providing legal,   psychological and practical support for survivors of torture.

 

I've signed up to ride a fairly long way over some rather daunting hills from London to Brighton in order to raise money and awareness of this charity and the excellent work that they do. Thank you for your support, however large or small!
