1 in 8 men are diagnosed with Prostate Cancer at some point in their lifetime. This means 1 man dies every 45 minutes in England alone. A huge factor in this is of lack of awareness.  which is similar to many, many more and if possible donate so that we can raise awareness and eradicate this disease.

As some of you are aware I was recently diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and it's been a tough 18 months for me,my family and my friends.  Due to the fantastic skill & care of the NHS I had my prostate removed and  I am now cancer free and on the road to recovery. Now, after 2 more operations that were  needed to deal with the effects, I still have a way to go but I am hoping to be fit & healthy by June '19 to ride the 1st stage of the Tour de France (120 miles), an event most of you know I am very passionate about in aid of Prostate Cancer UK, so I would be very grateful for all your generous support and motivation.

Without Prostate Cancer UK and their invaluable research none of this would have been possible and the impact myself and on my family would be immeasurably different.
