Thanks for taking the time to visit Minutes for Mind JustGiving page.
With the government recommendation for us all to be at home more we feel the time is right to come together again to be more active and help our physical and mental health!
Welcome to:
**Minutes for Mind**
This is to raise money for the incredible charity called Bristol Mind
What we have to do?
- Any form of exercise (run, walk, football, anything)! for at least 20 minutes a day for 10 days
- Collectively I will gather minutes from everyone involved and give us a target/ goal to reach as a team
- It will start Monday 5th October and finish Wednesday 14th October.
A team of us are getting together to raise some much needed funds for Bristol Mind. I will write a target once I know how many of us there are! ☺️
