Our purpose is to ensure immediate mental health support is presented to individuals following a harmful online search via innovative technology and consisting of a choice of help and resources to prevent self-harm and suicide.

Story

R;pple is a digital tool (available to download as a browser extension or through Wi-Fi integration) that can provide immediate support to people searching for harmful content relating to the topic of suicide and self-harm.

R;pple is free for parents, schools, colleges, universities and charities to safeguard their loved ones from harmful online content and instead direct them down a more hopeful path.

If a user searches for harmful content online, they will be:

- Provided with guided breathing exercises.

- Presented with reassuring messages.

- Given immediate access to help lines and mental health services to use now and in the longer term.
