Rita received help at home from Marie Curie nurses at the end of her life. This help was invaluable as the nurses made her comfortable and provided reassurance. The help also allowed the family to get some rest. In her memory, we are looking to raise vital funds for Marie Curie (and Northern Ireland Kidney Patients Association).

On 28 August, we are hosting a Charity Day at Abbey Villa Football Club.

- Charity Cycle (or run) across the 'Carrowdore 100 route'

- Barbecue, bouncy castles and raffles

- Entertainment 

All proceeds will be split between NIKPA and Marie Curie.
