Message from Riya: I am going to cut my hair for my older sister Sheena. I want to donate it to Little Princess Trust so they can make a wig out of it for people who need it. I really hope my hair comes in good use for someone who needs it.
Sheena this is for you. ❤️😘
Sheena's Story: Back in 2015, Sheena was diagnosed with Leukaemia at the age of 15. At the end of 2018, after two and a half gruelling years of chemo treatment the whole family thought she was in the clear and ready to carry on with life as a young adult.
However, in July 2019, she was told that the Leukaemia has returned. Sheena undertook intense chemo to reduce her leukaemia, blood transfusions, high doses of steroids, lumbar punctures and many other medications.
In November 2019, she received a bone marrow transplant and is now in recovery.
Sheena is a strong, spirited, positive person, full of energy and is an inspiration to everyone around her.
