On Sunday 23 Oct 16 I will be running in the Great South Run. 

I am running to raise awareness and support for the Parents and Carers Support Organisation (PACSO) based in Chichester, West Sussex, which is a local charity that supports children with disabilities and their families. 

PACSO is an organisation which is close to my heart and I feel proud to represent. Please help me and let's raise some money for these amazing children and their parent carers.
