Some of you maybe aware (having bored you with stories of my ‘epic’ bike rides) that I am a keen cyclist but I suspect not many are aware that Laura is also 😊 To compliment our enthusiasm we’ve both signed up to join the WTW Ride Essex 100 (only km Laura!) charity ride on July 7th in support of their chosen charity the Alzheimers Society no doubt a charity most of you are aware of.
I’ve created a fundraising page on both of our behalf and if any of you would like to donate that it would be really appreciated – pictures and war stories of the day will of course be shared!
