To celebrate 40 years, we are setting ourselves a Challenge to do a “40's Challenge”

this could be

RUN for 40 min

ROW for 40 min

SWIM 40 lengths

SING for 40 min

DANCE for 40 min

EAT 40 Jellybeans at once

Or your own 40’s Challenge, whatever ever makes you smile.

So, from now until Friday 21st March 2025 we will be doing our challenges.
