Red Nose Day 2026 · 20 March 2026 · Start fundraising for this event

This Red Nose Day it's time to Take Yourself Funny for Money on Friday 20 March. Whatever you do to get a laugh, the money you raise will do serious good for serious reasons, across the UK and around the world.

Story

On Friday 20 March, for one big, fun-filled day, we'll be changing serious stuff for the better, all through simple acts of silliness. Please join us and take part in 'Crazy Hair Day' in school. Normal school uniform will be worn but your hair must be as silly and crazy and funny as possible!

So, let's turn one day of silliness into something serious: helping people get the essentials they need to survive. Helping people to eat, sleep and feel safe. Because in a world of so much uncertainty, we’re certain of this: Laughter is good for everyone.

Let's do this!

Your donation could support incredible projects which help children to be happier, families stronger, women safer, communities prouder, and millions of lives fairer. Please give today, if you can.Don't forget to tick the Gift Aid option, if you can, so Comic Relief can claim an extra 25% from the government. From us and everyone at Comic Relief, thank you!.
