Story
On Friday 20th March, Westfield Junior School are having a non-uniform day for Comic Relief's Red Nose Day.
We can choose to wear something funny, too, if we want to (and it's still practical and appropriate for school of course - check with your class teacher if not sure). There's also our joke competition in each class too.
On Friday 20 March, for one big, fun-filled day, Comic Relief will be changing serious stuff for the better, all through simple acts of silliness.
So, let's turn one day of silliness into something serious: helping people get the essentials they need to survive. Helping people to eat, sleep and feel safe.
In a world of so much uncertainty, we’re certain of this: Laughter is good for everyone.Let's do this!
If your family is not able to make a donation at this time, you can still take part in the non-uniform day or wearing something silly. Or not, if you perfer. This day is for everyone who wants to be part of it.
