Our RNLI lifeboats in Yorkshire and the North East protect hundreds of communities through our 24-hour search and rescue service. They rely on the safest, most reliable lifeboats and modern stations to launch from.

Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Tynemouth RNLI station is situated on the East Quayside at North Shields, just inside the mouth of the River Tyne on the North East coast of England. The station and its volunteer crew provide round-the-clock marine search and rescue.

Covid-19 continues to have a huge impact on our fundraising capabilities - normally we would be welcoming you to our lifeboat station, seeing you at our open days and fundraising events but to protect our supporters and volunteers all face to face activity is on hold.

We hope that you can still support us through this JustGiving page so we can continue to save lives at sea.

Thanks you
