In memory of Robin Williams and the joy he gave the world through laughter and light-hearted humour.

He struggled silently like so many people around the world from his inner demons of depression. So what better way to remember him for not only his fun characters he played but also in raising awareness for this horrible condition. 

I will be competing in the Spartan race on Sat 30th Aug 14, a mixture of mud and obstacles.  I realise it is short notice but thought this cause as highlighted all over Face book should be acknowledged.
