I need YOU!

So just over 6 years ago, I decided to go from zero running to running a marathon and in the process managed to raise a bit of money for a good cause... after that I said that I would NEVER run a marathon again! 

Anyway, I decided to do it again.... except this time I thought that I would make it a little bit harder... So, on 7th of May, I will be attempting to complete IRONMAN Australia in Port Macquarie!

What's an Ironman you ask? Well it's a triathlon consisting of a 3.9 km (2.4 mile) swim, a 180.2 km (112 mile) bike ride, followed by a marathon 42.2km (26.22 mile) run! A total of 226.3km (140.6 miles) and although it is something that's appeared on my bucket list to complete, it is still going to be tough day out and definitely an amazing achievement... so, a great excuse to raise some money for a well deserving charity.

on that note, we all know that cancer sucks and we have all been affected by it in one way of another, so this year again I want to try and do my bit... and this is where YOU come in.  

Over the last 5 months I've been training for up to 14hrs a week (sorry fam) to try and make it across that finish line... and although I've got a few aches and pains, I've now got some confidence that I can at least make it to the start line... so now I'm asking if YOU can make it all worthwhile by donating a little to one of the following charities:
