2019 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Coming up to five years and I’m still learning to live with my diagnosis and the challenges it throws at me. This is not an easy juggle but one that I have amazing support tro get through from family, friends, NHS and my Parky group.

The decisions to jump out of a perfectly working plane is on three levels. To continue to building awareness of Parkinson’s, to raise money for Parkinson’s UK and because it currently seems like a good idea!
