Grow is a Sheffield based youth employment charity that my son Steven helped to launch in 2018 and continues to run. To celebrate my 60th birthday, Steven and I are undertaking this Zip Wire challenge!

Grow work with vulnerable young people who have a number of barriers to employment, Their aim is to unlock potential and inspire hope! They do this through running a programme that integrates group and 1:1 coaching with horticultural work experience.

The programme builds confidence and develops skills, enabling the young people to take their next step.

To celebrate my 60th birthday, I wanted to do a big challenge to help raise much needed funds for the charity. Any support is hugely valued!
