My friends, work colleagues and I have decided to do something amazing on the 11/05/14 and raise as much money as we can for the British Heart Foundation. There are approximately 30 people of all shapes and sizes taking part, and we are cycling from Stonehouse in Gloucestershire into Wales and across the Severnbridge and back into Gloucestershire. Some of my friends are ex smokers and not as fit as they would like to be :-( but now they are in training and working extremely hard to be cycle ready for the big day. Thank you in advance for your donations :-)
