After doing a year off the 🍻🍺🍾 lots of people said there's no way you'll be able to do another year. I said easy but if I do it's gotta be for a charity and not just to prove what a stubborn bastard I am 😁. 

So here we are and the charity I have chosen is the Cystic Fibrosis Trust because my new niece ❤️Maddison❤️ has it so thought it would be a good charity to raise money and hopefully awareness for.

Aswell as the no 🍺🍻🍾 I thought I better do some other challenges so I've signed up for slay the dragon 🐲 race, Cardiff bay run, Mendip Challenge 20 mile hike, Barry Island 10k, pizza 🍕 run Exeter, Cardiff half marathon and will also be doing the RNLI Christmas Day swim and more to be announced. 

If you can spare anything 💷💲💷💲I would be very grateful as I try and raise some funds for this great charity
