Stockport NHS Charity exists to improve the health and wellbeing of patients by delivering services above and beyond ordinary standards. Our aim is to help patients get better quicker, stay well for longer and experience the best possible care along the way.

Story

Thanks for even getting this far and considering making a donation!

I have set myself a massive challenge to run almost twice as far as I have done previously in support of both Alzheimer's Research UK and Stockport NHS Charity. 100 miles isn't that far right?

Sadly, earlier this year I lost my Granddad who lived a long 99 years. He battled with dementia for the last 10, but before this he was well known to go above and beyond to help and support others.

I work at Hazel Grove High School and am proud to be a Head of House. The students in my house chose to support Stockport NHS charity this year who coincidentally also looked after my granddad after his falls and infections.

I would like to raise funds jointly for both charities for all that they do to help others. Please choose the one you would most like to support! If you can't decide, donate to the one which has the least!

If you are interested in the event I am running follow this link https://peakdistrict100.co.uk/ . My wife, Nic, is pushing her own distance on the 50 mile course on the same day!

THANK YOU!
