In memory of Tyrone de Alwis
Welcome to our 2021 London Marathon page!

Story

In May 2004 I lost one of my best friend's Tyrone de Alwis to Leukemia at 21 years young. Tyrone was on target for a 1st class degree in Economics at the LSE and was due to achieve so much more in his life. This is my first ever attempt at the marathon distance and I am running it in Tyrone's memory with the goal to raise as much money for The Institute of Cancer Research. Contributions of any amount will fund research to help improve the outcomes for people living with cancer and save more lives. My page donations will be sent direct to the charity in a fast and secure way. Its efficient, saves time and cuts costs for the charity.  Thanks for your support with my London Marathon JustGiving challenge! Let's do this!👊
