Rob Thomas was the Financial Director, Office Manager and a great friend to many people associated with Lean Coaching. He joined Lean Coaching back in 2007 and has been a long term close friend to Gert for many years.

We have lost a great friend and a colleague who has always been the generous, full of life, engaging and deeply humane individual you can only love and appreciate. His bright mind, great heart, personality and wicked sense of humour are a shining example of what humanity is about.

Rob will be remembered in many ways and will be sorely missed within Lean Coaching. Lean Coaching and the office won’t be the same without Rob. He will be greatly missed!
