5 x 5's @ 50 · 10 October 2019

Every year the people of Ardonagh come together for the Ardonagh Community Trust's fundraising event, Go Green Day. Join us on Thursday 10 October 2019 as we go green and help UK communities become better, brighter and stronger.

Story

Rob will be attempting a ’5 x 5's at 50’ challenge for Go Green Day, this includes:

Cycling 50 miles on a Watt bike
Running 5 miles
Rowing 5 km
Bench pressing 5000 kg
Finishing with 5000 punches to a heavy bag
…. all within 5 hours 55 minutes!

The challenge will be taking place at The Village Hotel in Hull, who have very kindly offered the use of their leisure club facilities for the day.

Supporting Rob in this challenge, Iain Laws, Alex Alway, Huw Williams and Steve Tearle will be mirroring the static bike ride element by completing their own cycle challenge, travelling from the Bristol Filton Advisory office to the Health & Protection Bridgewater office.  Whilst Gordon Crosbie will be completing a 5 mile static run.

Good luck to all involved in their various challenges.

Your donations will be greatly received, and very much appreciated.
