I'm running the London Marathon for the third (and hopefully final..) time.

I'll be running for St John's Hospice, a charity dedicated to providing specialised end of life care and support to local people, their families, friends and carers.

They support 4,000 patients and families each year, but this great cause costs £6.9m per year to run and so any donations are very much appreciated.
