Robbert Rietbroek's MentorMe Campaign · 28 June 2017

ChildFund Australia is an independent international development organisation that works to reduce poverty for children in developing countries. We partner to create community and systems change, enabling vulnerable children and young people, in all their diversity,to assert and realise their rights.

Story

Myself and ten other MentorMe leaders stepped forward to share our knowledge and in doing so, give back to the community. Our goal was to raise $100,000 to help 400 girls in Myanmar access a leadership and life-skills program.

Although I surpassed my individual target (thanks to you!), ChildFund still needs $50,000 to reach the campaign goal.

With your help we can reach this goal by 30 June!

ChildFund’s MentorMe campaign gives a hand-up to disadvantaged children in our region. In Myanmar, more than half of the country’s 8 million teenage girls are not in school, with many girls dropping out to work or marry at a young age. All funds raised by our Mentors will help 400 girls in Myanmar access a leadership and life-skills program, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and support systems they need to make informed life choices and determine their own futures.

You have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children living in poverty.

Make a donation today and support me in making a real difference for girls in Myanmar.
