I am taking part in the Great north run solo to raise money for the Tyneside Mind charity, this charity means a lot to me as they provided me with help and support through rough times in my life and helped me feel less worried about discussing my problems with close friends and family for me to feel like myself again. Running and any sort of fitness has been a great escape for me and doing this challenge I am wanting to hopefully motivate people to donate to a great cause, just go for a walk or a run or to potentially understand it is ok to talk out loud about any mental health issues or worries you may have as you will be surprised how many people will react and support you. 

Any donations will be greatly appreciated even as small as a quid and upwards!
