As you all know a group of us are trying to find ways to raise awareness for mental health after recently losing great people! What better way than getting people together & keeping fit.

John Camm & the gang have kindly helped organise the bootcamp so if you could drop him an email at john@yournextlevelfitness.co.uk or post in this group you are coming it would be much appreciated.
