I'm taking part in the Tough Mudder.  A crazy 13 mile assault course through the Welsh country side where I'll be climbing over massive walls, jumping in ice tanks, getting electrocuted and generally punished.

I won't be on my own though.  I'm taking part with about 20 other blokes, all over 30 from the fantastic 30+ Mens Fitness gang.  As a team we're raising money for The Princes Trust which helps young, dissadvantaged people in the UK from all backgrounds start their own business, develop important life skills, build confidence and motivate them.

I'm racing and raising money in memory of my pal Mark Ramskill who passed away last year.
