Friends and Family!

Some say the Marathon is hard! Most say a half is even harder!!!! 🙀

We have given up the sauce and are training(ISH) for the Hackney Half Marathon in 3 weeks time. 

Running is not one our favourite things so to incentivise us we are doing it for charity.

A charity close to our hearts - Alzheimer's Society (and aiming to raise £500+). 🤞🏽

Seeing family members go through Alzheimers is a horrible thing and the thought of going through it myself petrifies me in all honesty.
