I've been an ambassador for the EMC Trust for about a decade - i love sailing, i love my kids and i love helping other children and young people find their way in life..often through the power of music and having fun together! The Trust and what it does is so amazing at inspiring young people through and beyond cancer so to have the chance to run 10 miles for them is an honour - lets just hope i don't let them down! :)
