My toughest challenge yet

The Coastal Challenge · 9 February 2020
Our eldest son suffered from epilepsy for the early part of his life. From the age of 2 -8 years old he spent many weeks in hospital in "Status". It was truly horrendous.
Fortunately through a combination of good medicine, good doctors, his own will-power, and the prayers and supports of friends and family he has now been epilepsy free for many years.
Epilepsy is a dreadful illness and one for which there is limited research and limited treatments.
Hopefully through the money I raise through undertaking this challenge further research will lead to hope for those families going through what we went through.
