The Spring Centre provides care and support to children and young people with disabilities and their families from across Gloucestershire.

The services they provide create opportunities for children, young people and their families to access a tailored programme of activities, aimed at improving and enriching quality of life for both the individual child and family unit. Services range from respite care, after school club and holiday activities. They also provide specific help and support for parents and siblings through family sessions, coffee mornings and holistic therapies.

As a trustee of the Spring Centre for the past twelve years, this will be the sixth time running the London Marathon. The opportunity to train, keep fit and raise money for this worthwhile cause is both satisfying and rewarding. But this cannot be achieved without your support.
