Following the great success of last year’s fundraising for
the Nepal Appeal, this year’s charity chosen is closer to home. We have
consulted with Customers, Suppliers, Staff, Family and Friends and decided that the Ty Gobaith / Hope House Charity is a charity that does great things for the children and families of our region and deserves some support.

The Ironman Wales challenge will take place on the 10th of
September 2017 and consists of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and to finish off run a full Marathon which is 26.2 miles long. I would like to knock a bit off my time this year compared to last year so the challenge is set. By competing in this challenge, regarded as one of the toughest in the world, I want to inspire you to both contribute and perhaps have a go of taking part in events yourselves in the future. As if I can do it, so can you – ANYTHING IS
POSSIBLE as they say!
