As most of you know I'm taking part in this very challenging but exciting bike ride for a very good cause. All the training, blood, sweat and tears is all worth it, with every penny raised for this very worthy charity. So please help me out and donate whatever possible to a cause that helps and supports so many poorly children in Essex. 

To support this amazing Essex based charity, Utilize and Ignite are coming together to raise money for Havens Hospices. We are taking on a European Cycling Challenge, starting at Little Havens in Essex and finishing in Bruges, we will cover over 200 miles in three days!
