HI I’M ROB,

IN OCTOBER I PLANNED TO RUN THE BIRMINGHAM HALF MARATHON FOR THIS CHARITY BUT
SADLY IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED. I AM NOW GOING TO DO SOMETHING MYSELF. 

MY PLAN IS TO RUN 2 X 7 MILE LAPS, STOPPING 8 TIMES ALONG THE WAY WHERE I WILL COMPLETE A TOTAL OF 300 PRESS UPS, 100 FROG JUMPS AND 100 STANCE JACKS. WE ARE GOING TO
FILM THIS ON THE 10^TH OF OCTOBER WHICH SHOULD HAVE
BEEN THE DAY OF THE BIRMINGHAM HALF MARATHON. I WILL BE STARTING FROM THE GRANGEMOOR WORKING MENS CLUB, BURNTWOOD, WS7 0BG AT 9.30am AIMING TO FINISH AT
AROUND MIDDAY FOR ANYONE THAT WANTS TO COME AND SEE ME SUFFER.
