I know starting this so close to Christmas is probably a bad move but I am hoping to tug at your heart strings and in this time of giving you will all be very generous and not buy that coffee in the morning and not spend so much on that gift and help me to realise Muscular Dystrophy UK vision of having a world with effective treatments and cures for all muscle-wasting conditions.

Knowing someone with this condition I am hopeful that 
Muscular Dystrophy UK resaerch can drive the development of new and effective treatments and cures along with accessing specialist NHS care and support.
