Story

Thanks for visiting our JustGiving page. This January the Disconnect Team are taking on Dryathlon® and raising money for Cancer Research UK.

The idea first came about when Rob Farrell and Gerry McCabe met for a quiet kerb-side drink (see Gallery photo 1) and discussed ways to improve our quality of life. We threw up a few things (again see photo), slept on it (yep look at the photo) then were rudely awoken by the sound of Tiffany Rudd who had appeared and was promptly finishing off the last can of super-lager.

With our carry-out finished and our pockets empty, we agreed that we would shun the highlife for a while and give something back to the society that had given us so much. We decided to become Dryathletes.

Please support us or our next Drinkathon in February will be at your house.
