For Grandad Bill- Rob's Myeloma Marathon Challenge

Virtual Edinburgh Marathon Festival Full Marathon 2021 · 30 May 2021 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Hello again! Yes I am trying to do the Edinburgh Marathon, third time lucky. This is to raise funds for Myeloma UK, a charity working with sufferers of this form of cancer. My Grandad Bill is still fighting this disease. As are many people who have been housebound for the majority of the last 12 months.
Obviously the last two events have been cancelled and I very much doubt the 'upcoming' event on the 30th of May will go ahead. This means I will be doing the event virtually. Possibly running up and down the coastal roads around Oban. Though if possible I would like to travel and do the route.
I am also planning on doing the Edinburgh Kilomathon, virtually, on the 11th of April.
I appreciate and understand that this is not the easiest time for folks to give donations. I am hoping to increase what I have raised so far. The money in the pot is not static, it has already done it's job for Myeloma UK. This is why it is important that I ask that if you can donate I really appreciate it.
Thanks to all who donate and even if you can't and can just simply tell others or read about Myeloma UK.
Keep going folks,
Rob
