Over the past six months i have undertaken a fitness regime and healthy eating regime to get down to the requisite weight for this skydive and have lost three stone by cutting out all the things i like to eat and playing football for the Porky Blinders and BC Milan as well as training at the local gym with an excellent trainer and also sparring with a karate world cup bronze medallist

This is a real personal challenge for me as i don't like heights but sometimes you really have to face the fear and do it anyway to raise awareness of those dealing with Autism on a daily basis and the excellent support given from many charities including AWM. This is also for a special boy called Nathanael and his mom Jann
